Each carpet kit is made to order and designed to fit your vehicle's exact year, make and model. This kit is made from nylon carpet with an OE-style welded heal pad and it includes easy-to-follow installation instructions. Our molded carpet is designed to fit the floor pan of your vehicle so there are no pockets of loose fitting carpet. We use a heavy Jute pad bonded to the underside of the carpet, which softens the floors for your feet, as well as deaden any sounds from under the vehicle.

TRY WALKING IN MY SHOES

Our world is made of textures, colors, points of view. Nothing is the same thing ever. Everything depends on the setting, on the frame, on the moment.

A shoes next to a carpet on a wood ground, it can mean thousand things, it can hide thousand different histories. They can be the shoes of a merchant or a western tourist, in an old bazaar of antiquities and trinkets of the old Persia. Or it can be simply my father standing next to an old carpet in a room of the house where he was born.

Anyhow, the wood is alive. It has knots, it has cracks, it has lines, that they all perspire history. It squeaks. One can feel it rough. And that carpet, it has given heat to a cold room. It has given color, luminosity, it has turned the attention aside with its arabesques, with its fretworks and geometric games. And these shoes have crossed a lot of ways, and have trodden on many soils. And they support just now a person who is still, remembering nostalgically some anecdote happened there same.

If the point of view had been different, the protagonism of every part of this life, already out the carpet, or the soil, or the shoes, it had been totally different.

There this vision stays, and that each one imagines a different history for this saturated and colorful environment.

Nuestro mundo esta hecho de texturas, colores, puntos de vista. Nada es lo mismo nunca. Todo depende del encuadre, del momento.

Unos zapatos al lado de una alfombra sobre un suelo de madera, puede significar mil cosas, puede esconder mil historias distintas. Pueden ser los zapatos de un comerciante o un turista occidental, en un viejo bazar de antiguedades y baratijas de la vieja Persia. O puede ser simplemente mi padre, parado al lado de una vieja alfombra en una habitacion de la casa donde nacio.

De todos modos, la madera esta viva. Tiene nudos, tiene grietas, tiene lineas, que todas transpiran historia. Cruje. Uno la puede sentir aspera. Y esa alfombra, ha dado calor a una fria habitacion. Ha dado color, luminosidad, ha desviado la atencion con sus arabescos, con sus grecas y juegos geometricos. Y esos zapatos han recorrido muchos caminos, y han pisado muchos suelos. Y sostienen ahora mismo a una persona que esta quieta, recordando nostalgicamente alguna anecdota ocurrida alli mismo.

Si el punto de vista hubiera sido otro, el protagonismo de cada parte de esa vida, ya fuera la alfombra, o el suelo, o los zapatos, hubiera sido totalmente distinto.

Ahi queda esa vision, y que cada uno imagine una historia distinta para ese ambiente saturado y colorido.

This is the final photo research photo set for my friends novel. The route taken was: Kentish Town tube station, up Kentish Town Road, Hamstead Road, onto Hamstead Heat, along past the athletics track, up onto Parliament Hill via the daisies, down to the Ponds, back up Parliament Hill and out of the Heath via Nassington Road, Constantine Road, onto Haverstock Hill and jumped onto the underground at Belsize Park Station and back home.
